HitCigars can ship everywhere in the world, however all customers are responsible to get his/her cigars into his/her country since tobacco laws vary from a country to another.

Orders are shipped via Swiss Postal Services (SwissPost) or private carriers (contact us for details and prices) and usually will be delivered within 7 to 15 business days (For some countries delivers may take longer than 15 business days, please be patient). Orders are shipped via Georgia Postal Service (Georgian Post) for Backwoods cigars. 

Our shipments are guaranteed against damage and loss. In case of your parcel has not arrived in 30 business days, packages will be considered as lost and immediately re-shipped. The International Postal Rules consider a shipment as a lost item if the shipment has not arrived within 30 business days after it has shipped.

***Be aware that due to local regulations we reject to ship any tobacco products to France.

Every single box of cigars is carefully vacuum sealed to keep your cigars fresh before receiving carrier, therefore your cigars will never arrive dry and damaged (Please keep your cigars in your humidor (16-18C (60-65F) and 65-70% RH) upon arrival).

We ship your cigars in unopened boxes (as we provide cigars from the Offical importer of Habanos) because opened boxes become always a problem for aficionados. By shipping cigars in unopened boxes, we aim to remove question marks in aficionados’s minds. If you want us to check your cigars before shipping process, please make a note of this in the comment box of check out page and upon your request, your box will be checked by our experts and shipped to your address. is not responsible for paying any taxes or duties involved in the importation of his/her order into his/her country (The purchaser is responsible for knowing her/his local laws).
For worldwide shippings, In case your order is not delivered within a month or longer, will be considered lost and replaceable as of one month after the shipping date in accordance with International Postal protocol. Please note, no replacements will be shipped before the one month time frame has been passed. Hitcigars cannot be held responsible for delays caused by human error (incorrect information (etc: adress or buyer name)
Please be aware that your delivery may also be subject to customs duties, over which we have no control, and which MUST be borne by you.

Free Shipping: Purchases over USD 200 (only for Backwoods cigars +USD 25 or +USD 45)
+25 USD flat rate: Purchases less than USD 200 (USD 10 within Switzerland)
Please note that we provide free shipping purchases over USD 200 but for some certain countries, you may be charged extra shipping cost.

SHIPPING COSTS (For Accessories):
Shipping charges might vary according to the weight and volume of the accessorie ordered. In this case, will contact and inform you about situation.

Europe: 3-12 business days
North/South America: 7-15 business days
Asia/Oceana: 7-15 business days
Africa: 7-15 business days
Please note, for certain countries, these shipping times may vary. Please contact us for further details.

Our aim is your satisfaction. In case you are not satisfied with your order, you should contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Coloration of cigars or taste is not a reason for return. If you are not sure of what product you want to buy, contact us for advice or information before placing an order.In case of wrong or missing delivery, please contact us with your order number within 7 days. Goods must be returned undamaged,vacuum-sealed in their original packaging and by unit of packaging. Returns must be provided by international postal services otherwise the buyer bears the shipping costs. Please contact us for this situation.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and inform you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you about the status of your situation after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will offer you two options,
Re-Ship (If your order gets stuck at customs and send back to us then we will bear the responsibility and  make re-ship quickly.)
Please note that: If your item is not delivered and send back to us by post service due to customer's faults (wrong address, wrong name etc), customers will need to bear the shipping fee in order for us to make re-ship.
Refund (As per general rules, refund will be partial and shipping cost will be deducted from the total order amount.)
